Laboratory of Organoelement
Polymer Synthesis presently headed by the corresponding member
of RAS, professor A.M.Muzafarov exists since 1991. Yet
one can trace its background as far back as the end of 70-es when
a group of young graduates of Lomonosov Institute of Fine Chemical
Technology department supervised by the outstanding scolar academician
K.A.Andrianov, as by some miraculous chance, gathered together
at the Laboratory of Organosiloxane Compounds of INEOC AS USSR
then headed by K.A.Andrianov, later - by prof. A.A.Zhdanov, lead
by their common aspiration to dedicate their life to research
work.. They had defended their first theses there. So, in the
course of time thescientific school has born its fruit. And since
1989 the collective of researchers who had already taken their
degrees yet still remained junior researchers started on their
own as a Group of High Functional Volume-growing Systems supervised
by Dr. A.M. Muzafarov at the Enicolopov Institute of Synthetic
Polymer Materials. In 1991 the group was reorganized into its
present structure. Though it has increased in number considerably,
the laboratory staff has preserved its initial urge to work despite
the difficulties, and learned to overcome them successfully.
Main research directions of our laboratory are as follows:
synthesis of organosilicone dendrimers and hyperbranched
polymers,
various block-copolymers, inorganic polymer systems,
precursors of ceramic materials.
More detailed information on the laboratory is
easily available at our site. So you
are invited to contact us any case you will interested in our
assistance
and cooperation.
